What makes Rescue Goo work so well?
It's all about the Manuka Honey and Oil. These two legend ingredients help to cleanse and protect the skin from irritation and acne.
The Manuka and Kanuka oils also aid in removing the fungus that causes fungal acne by also destroying the cell walls.
These superb ingredients are expertly accompanied by a range of unique, super effective ingredients that are non-comodegenic, reduce and balance oil production, help to prevent and reduce old scars, rebuild the skin barrier and much more to aid your skin's own health and resilience.
What are non-comedogenic ingredients?
Ingredients that do not have the potential to clog pores in the skin.
What does each Rescue Goo do?
Rescue Goo, helps to clear out the harmful build up of excess sebum and oils, bacteria, fungus and dead skin cells that cause irritation giving your skin a clean start. Rescue Goo also works to rebuild, nourish and hydrate your skin barrier and microbiome.
Purifying Polish:
Deeply detoxifies and aids in removing dead skin cells, excess sebum and bacteria from your skin leaving your skin a clean slate.
Daily Dose:
Gently cleanses your skin on a daily basis helping to remove daily build up of toxins.
It also deeply moisuturises and feeds your skins microbiome.
Breakout Balm:
Reduces the severity of flare-ups by reducing swelling, redness and pain. It also assists in healing and helps to prevent scarring.
What is it made of?
Rescue Goo is made with 100% natural ingredients, ethically sourced and cruelty free ingredients.
Does it have less side effects than conventional treatments?
As a general rule of thumb, yes. Rescue Goo uses ingredients that are non-comedogenic, non-toxic, suitable for sensitive skin so won't cause further issues for your skin.
We do recognise that in some cases conventional treatments may still be required and in more severe cases we also recommend guidance from your physician or doctor.
How does it help with redness, swelling and pain?
Manuka honey and manuka oil are both proven to be highly anti-inflammatory and are often used in medical settings to reduce inflammation. The reduction of swelling also reduces pain and discomfort.
Can these products be harmful to me or the environment?
No. These products are all natural, non-toxic and cruelty free. We do however recommend avoiding use during pregnancy.
We do ask that you Recycle and dispose of the containers correctly when the product is finished.

Rescue Goo is made in Australia using all natural, organic and Australian products where possible.
Is it safe for use during pregnancy?
A couple of our ingredients, though all natural, have been suggested to avoid during pregnancy. If you would like to use these products we ask they you speak to your doctor or physician prior to use.

I would like a refund. What do I have to do?
If you would like to receive a refund, please email us with your request, including your before and after photos after 90 days of using Rescue Goo and proof of purchase.
Once we approve your request we provide a full refund inclusive of the purchase price. In order to receive a full refund, the customer must return the product and is responsible for the return shipment cost to our Sydney Warehouse. The refund is only available once per product. This option to return is only open to bona fide customers, who act at all times in good faith and with integrity.

We ship all of our orders with Australia Post from our warehouse in Sydney.
Do you ship overseas?
No, unfortunately we currently only ship Australia wide.
How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders in Australia are shipped via standard post at a flat rate of $10.00. Free shipping on all orders over $75.
